The weeks in late August and September bring the Coho run - right past our front door! Coho are terrific fighters, known for their acrobatics on the end of the fishing line. There is a lot of exciting action with larger halibut as well, plentiful at this time of year.

Wildlife shows! Whether you go fishing or not, the odds are, you'll be treated to a magificent display courtesy of the local wildlife. Humpback whales shoot out of the water and make a great show as they do a giant splash-down!

We have a family of bald eagles that come down to feed on the dock! You'll be thrilled to see them up close. We're planning wildlife tours, so stay tuned!
